WeirFoulds is pleased to welcome Partner Lia Boritz to the firm’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group.

WeirFoulds LLP is pleased to announce that Lia Boritz has rejoined WeirFoulds as a partner in its Litigation & Dispute Resolution Law Practice Group.

Lia has experience in complex property and real estate disputes, contract disputes, fraud cases, debtor/creditor matters and employment litigation. Lia also has experience in municipal law, including land use planning and development, expropriation and issues related to municipal powers and jurisdiction. She has worked with a variety of clients, ranging from large corporations and public institutions to small businesses and individuals, ad has appeared at all levels of court in Ontario on trials, motions and appeals, and has appeared before various administrative tribunals
