WeirFoulds is pleased to welcome associate Marc Di Pierdomenico to the firm's Securities Law Practice Group

WeirFoulds is pleased to welcome associate Marc Di Pierdomenico to the firm’s Securities Law Practice Group. His practice focuses on securities and corporate law.

Prior to joining WeirFoulds, Marc was an associate at Baker McKenzie where he developed a practice that focused on domestic and cross border M&A, public and private financing, corporate reorganizations, regulatory compliance and general corporate and securities matters.

Prior to studying law, Marc obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration (with honours) with a concentration in Finance from Wilfrid Laurier University.
