Ms. Leto is a partner at Neinstein&Associates LLP. She practices in the area of personal injury and insurance litigation with a primary focus on motor vehicle accidents, long term disability and slip and fall cases.
Rose has appeared on behalf of her clients at many levels of Court, including the Ontario Court of Appeal. She has also represented clients before the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal, Canada Pension Plan Tribunal, Social Benefits Tribunal and Criminal Injuries Compensation Board.
