Wildeboer Dellelce LLP is pleased to welcome Krystle Formhals as a lawyer to the firm. Krystle practises primarily in the areas of debt, corporate finance and securities, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate and commercial law. Krystle first joined the firm as a summer student in 2021 and articled with the firm in 2022-2023.

Krystle received her Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa, Faculty of Law. Prior to entering law school, Krystle obtained an Honours Bachelor of Commerce (Summa Cum Laude) from McMaster University, Faculty of Commerce, where she specialized in Accounting and Actuarial and Financial Mathematics.
