Raj’s practice involves all aspects of land use planning and development law, representing both public and private sector clients in Ontario. Raj provides strategic advice to his clients, opines on land use planning and development issues, and negotiates and drafts land development agreements. Raj regularly appears before the LPAT (formerly the OMB), municipal committees and councils, and the TLAB. Raj is also a frequent speaker on land use planning and development issues in Ontario.
