Wood Bull LLP is pleased to announce that Monica Poremba has joined our team as an associate.

Monica is an associate with the firm. Monica’s practice involves all aspects of land use planning and development approvals law as well as a broad range of municipal law subjects.

She has assisted developers and other private sector clients, municipalities, rate payer’s groups and non-profit organizations in navigating land use planning and governmental approval processes, and by providing advice on a broad range of land use approvals-related subject matters including:

  • Official plan, zoning, site plan, variances and consents (severances),
  • LPAT and TLAB appeals,
  • Environmental matters related to the land use approval process,
  • Aggregate resource matters, and
  • Access to information.

She has appeared before the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal (LPAT), the Toronto Local Appeal Board (TLAB), the Divisional Court, the Environmental Review Tribunal and the former Ontario Municipal Board.

Monica is focused on providing excellent, timely and affordable legal services to her clients.
