Minden Gross LLP welcomes Mark as an associate in our Litigation group. His practice focuses on commercial litigation and bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings. Since joining Minden Gross as a student in 2011, Mark has been involved in a range of litigation matters, including debtor/creditor disputes, negligence and tort claims, shareholder oppression applications and fraud investigations.
