Minden Gross LLP congratulates new Partner Rachel Moses

Minden Gross LLP is pleased to announce the admission to partnership of Rachel Moses.

Rachel is a litigator whose practice focuses primarily on banking and commercial litigation. She also litigates in corporate and real estate matters.

Rachel is not afraid to challenge or take on anyone. She is strong, meticulous, probing and never loses sight of her clients’ goals. Rachel is able to quickly size up any situation and assess her opponent to determine the best course of action. She takes the time to understand her clients’ objectives and reasons behind the litigious situation they find themselves in. This genuine interest is what allows her to stand out from other litigators. A client once referred to Rachel as “a petite piece of dynamite,” which is very telling of her style and ability to get things done.
