Lindsay is a partner in our Litigation Group. Lindsay practises in all areas of civil litigation, with a particular expertise in health law and professional discipline. Lindsay provides advice and represents healthcare practitioners in a wide range of civil, regulatory and administrative proceedings.

Lindsay regularly appears before all levels of Court and tribunals in Ontario and, in particular, frequently represents clients in College proceedings (i.e. complaints, investigations, discipline hearings and registration matters), hospital privilege disputes, insurer audits, hearings/reviews before the Health Professions Appeal and Review Board, and matters before the Privacy Commissioner of Ontario.
