Krista practises civil litigation with an emphasis on construction, engineering and surety disputes. She has acted for and advised clients on a variety of civil actions relating to tort and contract claims. She has appeared before the Supreme and Provincial Courts of British Columbia and in commercial arbitration proceedings.
