Robert practises civil litigation, with a emphasis on expropriation law, municipal and planning law, environmental torts, commercial rent arbitration and professional negligence.Prior to attending law school, Robert served as a vice president of New York State’s primary economic development agency with responsibility for many of the state’s community development programs, including business recovery efforts following the destruction of the World Trade Center. He is admitted to practise in New York State.
