Torkin Manes Welcomes New Associate Jessica Pandza

Torkin Manes is pleased to announce that Jessica Pandza has joined the firm as an associate in the Insurance Defence Group.

Jessica’s practice encompasses all aspects of insurance defence litigation, including first- and third-party bodily injury, casualty, disability matters, slip and falls, property damage, product liability, environmental claims, professional liability, commercial disputes and coverage opinions.

In her previous role, Jessica gained extensive experience as defence counsel to the largest direct-response home and auto insurance group, and one of the top three personal home and auto insurance groups in Canada, where she successfully represented insurance clients at the LAT Tribunal, discoveries, hearings, mediations, settlement negotiations, pre-trials and similar proceedings.

She has a clear passion and aptitude for negotiation, demonstrated through her commitment to achieving early resolution, where appropriate, while also striving for and maintaining a low average closed file indemnity for her corporate clients.
