Aird & Berlis LLP Announces New Partner Miranda Spence

Aird & Berlis LLP is pleased to announce that Miranda Spence has become a partner of the firm.

Miranda is a member of the firm’s Litigation Group. She has a broad practice with an emphasis on general commercial proceedings, financial services litigation and construction and leasing disputes. Miranda has appeared as counsel at all levels of the Ontario courts. She regularly represents clients before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, including the Commercial List, the Bankruptcy Court and the Construction Lien Masters.

Miranda frequently acts as a mentor to the firm’s summer and articling students, as well as to law students through the University of Toronto’s alumni mentorship program. In 2016, Miranda was appointed to The Advocates’ Society’s Young Advocates’ Standing Committee for a two-year term.
