Andra Enescu Joins Cassels Brock

Cassels Brock is pleased to announce that Andra Enescu has joined the firm's Toronto office as a member of our Securities Group.

Andra Enescu is an associate in our Securities Group. Andra represents both public and private companies and investment dealers in a variety of transactions, including corporate financing, public mergers and acquisitions. Her practice also includes advising issuers in respect to general corporate and securities law matters. Andra represents clients in a variety of industries including mining, infrastructure, business, and commercial finance.

Andra obtained a JD degree from Bond Law School. She demonstrated tremendous skill in negotiations, and pursued a Specialized degree in Alternative Dispute Resolution. Prior to attending law school, Andra received a Double Honours Degree in Bachelor of Arts and obtained Dean’s Honour. She is fluent in English, French, and Romanian.

In 2012, Andra worked out of the TSX Center, performing numerous in-depth interviews with high ranking officials and leaders in industries including mining, bio-tech science, nuclear energy, and green battery. Her TV show focused on emerging markets, public companies, stock trade and investments.
