Irvin Schein is a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation practice. He is an experienced litigator, mediator and arbitrator. Irvin represents clients in a vast number of areas, including: shareholders’ rights and remedies, applications for injunctive relief, wrongful dismissal, defamation, corporate and commercial disputes, real property litigation including commercial development disputes and commercial leasing disputes, and solicitors’ negligence and professional malpractice claims.

Irvin has developed a wide breadth of knowledge in a number of industries. Clients appreciate his willingness to take on their problems and relieve them of some of the burden. A born litigator, his advocacy and courtroom skills are highly developed after over 40 years of practice.
