Carolyn Stroz Joins Cassels Brock

Carolyn is an associate in the Securities Group of Cassels Brock’s Toronto office. Carolyn represents both public companies and investment dealers in a variety of transactions, including corporate financings and mergers and acquisitions. Her practice also includes advising issuers in respect to general corporate and securities law matters, particularly corporate governance practices and regulatory compliance.

Carolyn graduated with distinction from the J.D. program at Western Law and was awarded the Gowling, Lafleur, Henderson Award for the highest achievement in commercial and company law.

Prior to attending law school, Carolyn received her Honours Degree in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University. As a business student, Carolyn focused her studies in entrepreneurism and was awarded the Marie Currie Award of Entrepreneurship.

Prior to joining Cassels Brock as an associate, Carolyn was both a summer and articling student at the firm.
