Neinstein Personal Injury Lawyers is proud to announce that Duncan Embury, our Lead medical malpractice lawyer, has again been named on the Best Lawyers in Canada list. The annual list is compiled through confidential peer review surveys of tens of thousands of leading lawyers.

Duncan is a Partner with Neinstein Personal Injury Lawyers and head of our Medical Malpractice Group. He acts primarily on behalf of plaintiffs in all areas of medical malpractice law, including obstetrical and surgical negligence. He also handles complex multi-jurisdictional cases and was counsel on Van Breda v. Club Resorts, the leading Canadian case on jurisdiction.

Duncan is a regular speaker and presenter for the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, the Ontario Bar Association, and the Law Society of Ontario. He has continuously been named to the Best Lawyers in Canada list and the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory.
