Gardiner Roberts LLP (GR) is pleased to welcome Simon Lam to the firm. Simon is now a member of the Commerical Real Estate Group, and his practice focuses on transactions relating to commercial real estate financings, acquisitions and dispositions, and joint ventures. Prior to joining GR, Simon was a Partner with Bogart Robertson & Chu LLP (BRC), which was a sophisticated real estate boutique specializing in complex commercial real estate transactions and lending matters. BRC has since merged with GR, a move set on further complimenting the full range of diverse top quality real estate solutions our current real estate group offers to clients.
