Logan practices in the areas of corporate law, corporate restructuring, corporate finance and mergers & acquisitions. He has acted on a variety of domestic and cross-border transactions, including restructurings, acquisitions and debt financing transactions.
Logan previously worked as legal counsel for The Globe and Mail. Prior to practicing law, Logan worked on constitutional matters in Sri Lanka and served as an advisor to a federal Member of Parliament.
