Henein Hutchison LLP is pleased to welcome Angela Lee

Angela is an associate in the civil practice of Henein Hutchison LLP.

Prior to joining Henein Hutchison LLP, Angela completed her articles as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Ontario Superior Court of Justice in Toronto. Before that, she summered with the Investment Funds and Structured Products branch of the Ontario Securities Commission.

Angela received her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Ottawa where she received the Perley-Robertson, Hill & McDougall LLP Prize for Legal Ethics & Professional Responsibility and she was a Dean’s Legal Research and Writing Fellow.

During law school, Angela worked on the Community Justice Help report as a Research Assistant with Community Legal Education Ontario (CLEO) through Pro Bono Students Canada. She also worked as a Research Assistant to distinguished professors on projects involving corporate responsibility and regulation of AI legal technology. Angela contributed to the development of the Tax Law Society at the University of Ottawa and was an Assistant Editor and Associate Editor with the Ottawa Law Review. She also worked at the University of Ottawa Community Legal Clinic where she represented low-income clients on a variety of family law matters.
