Hicks Morley Welcomes Knowledge Management Lead Katherine Ford

Hicks Morley is pleased to announce that Katherine Ford has joined the firm’s Toronto office as the knowledge management lead. In this role, Katherine will work alongside the firm’s client services team in the continued delivery of leading-edge insights on legal developments, client updates and informative training sessions.

Prior to joining Hicks Morley, Katherine led the knowledge management initiatives at a boutique labour and employment law firm. As an experienced knowledge management lawyer, she excels at creating enriching learning programs and increasing overall knowledge and efficiency.

Katherine previously represented employers in all areas of labour and employment law including employment standards, employee discipline and termination, labour arbitration, wrongful dismissal litigation, and workplace policies. She brings a considerable wealth of knowledge in human rights, workplace investigations, workplace violence and harassment, and positive employee relations. She also co-authored the book Practice & Procedure Before the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, a guide to litigating before the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario from the initial application through the judicial review.
