Jackies practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities and general corporate matters. She joined the firm as a summer student in 2010 and completed her articles with the firm in 20112012. During her time as a student she was seconded both to the Ontario Securities Commission, as well as to Oslers New York office. Prior to joining the firm, she obtained her Bachelor of Commerce from Queens University and worked in the financial industry as an Investment Banking Analyst at Fraser Mackenzie and as a Commercial Banking Associate at the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce.
