Gillian Hnatiw & Co. is delighted to welcome Jacqueline Horvat to its growing team. Jacqueline is an exceptional litigator, superb human, long-time Bencher, and the current Treasurer of the Law Society of Ontario. She will continue her broad corporate/commercial litigation practice – involving commercial disputes, shareholder oppression disputes, class action litigation, and appeals— as well as her partnership with the University of Windsor’s ReClaim Pro Bono Project, which provides free legal advice and representation to clients who experience online and technology-facilitated violence.
