Andrew’s practice is focused on intellectual property, with particular emphasis on patent litigation. His experience in infringement actions, impeachment actions and applications extends to a wide range of industries, from pharmaceuticals and life sciences to manufacturing, agriculture, and oil and gas. He also draws upon a broad background in commercial litigation, including cases in the areas of product liability, professional liability, banking and bills of exchange, and commercial leasing. Andrew has represented clients before all levels of the Ontario and federal courts, including the Supreme Court of Canada, and in numerous mediations and private arbitrations.
