Lerners is pleased to welcome Michael Ng as a litigation associate in the firm’s Toronto office. 

With expertise in complex contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, insolvency proceedings, and employment disputes, Michael has represented Canadian and U.S. companies across a broad range of industries. 

Michael has appeared at all levels of court in Ontario and Nova Scotia and in arbitration and restructuring proceedings, developing significant experience in commercial arbitration. He has also acted as counsel to debtors and court-appointed monitors in Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act proceedings. 

Prior to joining Lerners, Michael worked at a leading national law firm and a restructuring and insolvency boutique.
