Loopstra Nixon LLP Welcomes Clay Fernandes as an Associate.

Clay is an associate in the Corporate and Commercial practice group.

He is a graduate of the Juris Doctor program at the University of Western Ontario. During school, Clay served as President of the Student Legal Society for two years.

Clay also holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario.

Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Clay summered and articled at a business law firm in Toronto and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2022.

Outside of work, Clay is an avid reader and amateur chef. Clay has continued his involvement in his community serving on the Advisory Board for the Law Students’ Society of Ontario.
