Congratulations to Marie Kazmer on her promotion to Senior Associate!

 

Marie exclusively practices in estate planning, estate administration, elder law, and supports our estate litigation team. Over the past 3 years with NIKA LAW LLP, Marie has refined her legal skills in tackling complex estate issues and plans involving multi-jurisdictional and tax issues, she drafts unique and comprehensive testamentary and inter-vivos trusts and has a developing proficiency in other estate tax matters.

 

Marie also holds the Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) designation from the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, and the Toronto Lawyers Association.
