Kim Ozubko is a Partner in the Toronto office of Miller Thomson’s Tax and Private Client Services Groups.

A frequent speaker and author in the areas of pensions and benefits law, Kim advises clients in all areas of the firm’s pensions and benefits practice.

Kim’s practice focuses on all legal and regulatory matters relating to the implementation, administration and governance of pension, group benefit and other retirement savings plans. This includes advising clients on the development of pension and other employee benefit plans as well as on plan mergers and conversions, pension fund investment, fiduciary duties and ongoing regulatory compliance.
