Much of Ben’s work is with private equity funds and other institutional acquirers of businesses. He has significant experience advising clients on the purchase and sale and financing of businesses in the healthcare sector in particular, having negotiated and managed the purchase, sale, and financing of numerous pharmacies, dental clinics, hearing aid clinics, and chiropractic clinics.
