Miram El Ofir Joins Cassels Brock

Cassels Brock is pleased to announce that Miram El Ofir has joined our Toronto office as an associate in our Securities Group.

Miriam El Ofir is an associate in our Securities Group. Her primary focus is on capital market transactions and business law matters, including equity and debt financings, initial public offerings and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Cassels Brock, Miriam was an associate at a securities boutique law firm on Bay street. She served as the Newsletter Editor for the Young Lawyers Division of the Ontario Bar Association, and had notable experiences in corporate and capital markets as a summer trainee at a London-based firm, and in the Morocco office of a large global firm.
