Cassels Brock is pleased to announce that Randall Blom has joined our Toronto office as an associate in our Business Law Group.

Randal’s practice focuses on general corporate and commercial law and securities transactions with particular expertise in the mining sector. He offers experience in offering securities and reporting in the United States under the Multijurisdictional Disclosure System (MJDS).

Before joining Cassels Brock as an associate, Randall served as legal counsel at a mining company specializing in the production of gold and silver. He also advised junior mining companies at a boutique securities firm, and worked with the e-Discovery department of a large national accounting firm..
