Steve Hundal joins Torys LLP

Torys is pleased to welcome Steve Hundal to the firm.

Steve Hundal has joined Torys’ Toronto office as an Associate. Steve’s practice focuses on intellectual property matters with an emphasis on the acquisition, enforcement and exploitation of patents, industrial designs, trademarks, and copyrights. Steve has experience drafting high-technology and mechanical patent specifications in a variety of technical fields, including the automotive and telecommunications fields. He has prosecuted both technology and pharmaceutical-based patent applications, and has further expertise conducting patentability and patent validity opinions, as well as patent and trademark infringement opinions. Steve has prepared non-disclosure agreements and assisted with drafting technology and trademark licensing contracts. He has also been involved in trademark opposition proceedings. Steve is a registered patent and trademark agent in Canada.
