Stevenson Whelton LLP Welcomes Associate Roshni Khemraj

Roshni is an associate at Stevenson Whelton LLP developing a broad civil litigation practice which includes: commercial litigation, real estate litigation, personal injury matters and medical malpractice.
Prior to joining the firm, she articled at Cavalluzzo LLP, where she practiced union-side labour and employment law alongside medical malpractice, human rights and constitutional law.
Roshni graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School. As a law student, Roshni worked with Parkdale Community Legal Services and the Barbra Schlifer Commemorative Clinic, providing legal assistance to women who have experienced violence and abuse, in practice areas such as immigration, family and criminal law.
Roshni also participated in a variety of moots and litigation-based courses, including the Kawaskimhon Aboriginal Law Moot and the Lerner’s Cup Mooting Competition, in which she received 1st Place. She looks forward to furthering her broad interest in litigation and her dedication to creative, principled and steadfast advocacy with Stevenson Whelton LLP.
