Kevin is a member of the Tax and Corporate Groups. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, tax structuring, as well as general corporate and tax matters. His clients include publicly listed and private entities, multinational companies, and Canadian, U.S. and global private equity funds.
