Sinziana is a member of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group. She has a broad commercial litigation practice, including complex contract disputes, class actions, competition litigation, securities litigation, and shareholder disputes. She has significant experience defending multi-jurisdictional and cross-border class actions, including cases involving competition, securities, consumer protection and franchise law.
