Tamie Dolny Joins Aird & Berlis LLP

Aird & Berlis LLP is pleased to announce that Tamie Dolny has joined the firm as an associate in our Financial Services and Litigation Groups.

Tamie is a passionate and skilled advocate. She prides herself on finding cost-effective solutions for her clients, and has extensive experience navigating debt enforcement, asset recovery, fraud litigation and complex restructuring disputes.

Her practice includes insolvency and restructuring law with a focus on bankruptcy and corporate-commercial litigation. Tamie conducts litigation under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act, and acts on behalf of various clients, including banks, asset-based lenders, creditors and various court-appointed officers. She has specialized knowledge from working with insolvent parties in emerging industries such as cryptocurrencies and cannabis, and has worked extensively on behalf of creditors engaged in the civil prosecution of fraud through bankruptcy proceedings.

Tamie regularly appears before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) and has assisted senior counsel on matters before the Ontario Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada.
