Torkin Manes Welcomes New Associate Emily Dubis

Torkin Manes is pleased to announce that Emily Dubis has joined the firm as an associate in our Litigation Group.

Emily is an associate in our Litigation Group and maintains a broad civil and commercial litigation practice. Emily has experience in a variety of areas, including contractual disputes, franchise litigation, class actions, real estate litigation, and shareholder disputes. She has appeared before masters and judges of the Superior Court of Justice as well as administrative tribunals.

Emily earned her Juris Doctor degree from Queen’s University where she volunteered for the Queen’s Business Law Clinic, served on the Queen’s Law Litigation Society Executive, and was a Teaching Assistant for an undergraduate business law course.

Prior to joining Torkin Manes, Emily practiced at a full-service law firm in Toronto.
