Nicholas’ practice encompasses all manner of trusts and estate planning, where he advises high-net-worth individuals, business owners and families on domestic and cross-border estate planning and administration matters, including the preparation of complex Wills and Powers of Attorney, probate planning techniques, probate applications, estate accounting, and advising estate trustees and beneficiaries on estates involving personal and business assets, foreign property, and charitable bequests.
