WeirFoulds is pleased to welcome associate Phil Wallner to the firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group.

Phil has extensive experience in dispute resolution matters relevant to large property owners, property management companies, and commercial tenants, including lease disputes, Provincial Offences Act matters, insolvency matters and general commercial disputes. Prior to joining WeirFoulds, Phil was an associate at a boutique law firm located in Toronto, where his practice involved complex commercial leasing disputes and construction lien litigation.
