Wildeboer Dellelce LLP is pleased to welcome Kyra Flomen as a lawyer to the firm. Kyra practises primarily in the areas of corporate finance and securities, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate and commercial law. Kyra first joined the firm as a summer student in 2022 and articled with the firm in 2023-2024.
Kyra earned a Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University. She was the recipient of the Caleb J. Hayhoe award for the highest standing in the International Business Transactions course. Prior to attending law school, Kyra earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of British Columbia.
