Wildeboer Dellelce LLP is pleased to welcome Marcus Moore as a lawyer to the firm. Marcus practises primarily in the areas of corporate finance and securities, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate and commercial law. Marcus first joined the firm as a summer student in 2021 and articled with the firm in 2022-2023.
Marcus earned his Juris Doctor from Western University where he completed the Business Law Area of Concentration. Prior to law school, he obtained an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Studies from Queen’s University. Marcus has also successfully completed the Canadian Securities Course.
