Yoni Grundland Joins Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP Toronto Office

Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP is pleased to welcome Yoni to the Corporate group.

Yoni’s practice focuses on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital. He has been involved in transactions, both large and small, in a number of industries such as agriculture and technology. He also works with growing technology companies advising on acquisitions, financings and growth capital transactions.

Yoni completed his articles at Blakes and was also seconded to one of the Firm’s foreign investment banking clients where he was involved in a broad range of corporate and securities matters. Prior to joining Blakes, he worked as a corporate development and legal associate at a private venture company where he analyzed investment opportunities and started a business venture.

  • An affiliate of Clearview Capital, LLC on its take-private acquisition Novik Inc.
  • Agrium Inc. on its acquisition of Viterra’s wholesale and retail agri-products division and certain related divesture transactions including on its sale to CHS of selected Canadian retail assets
