He regularly advises and represents businesses in matters of grievance arbitration, negotiating collective agreements and litigation before administrative labour tribunals. Before beginning his studies in law, he managed a company in Montréal for several years and was responsible, to name a few, for hiring and training staff, developing company policies and occupational health and safety issues.
