BLG Congratulates New Partner Anne Merminod

Borden Ladner Gervais LLP (BLG) is pleased to announce that it has admitted Anne Merminod to the firm’s partnership. Anne’s practice consists primarily of class action defence work, as well as product liability and insurance litigation on a wide range of consumer protection claims. She currently defends numerous companies in various consumer protection and product liability class actions, both at certification and on the merits. She also defends various class actions in other areas of law, notably for breaches of privacy and price-fixing class actions. She has also considerable experience in the settlement of class actions. She also represents Canadian and foreign clients in major commercial litigations, including cases relating to insurance, manufacturers’ liability, consumer law, fraud and competition law.
