Daniel has a robust litigation practice focusing on commercial litigation and arbitration, securities litigation, intellectual property, and regulatory investigations. Daniel has significant experience managing cross-border litigation, and often acts as counsel in commercial arbitrations. He regularly appears before the Québec Court of Appeal, the Québec Superior Court, the Federal Court of Appeal and the Federal Court. He is fluently bilingual in English and French.
