She practises civil litigation, including insurance law and municipal and police liability. She acts for municipalities, insurance companies and corporate clients in negligence claims. Natalie also acts for police services boards in claims including allegations of malicious prosecution, false arrest, negligent investigation, assault, defamation and breach of Charter rights. Natalie has conducted trials and regularly appears on motions and appeals before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Appeal. She frequently conducts mediations and examinations for discovery.
