Ryan’s areas of practice include mergers and acquisitions, general corporate law, finance, securities and financial markets, as well as areas related to engineering, including alternative energy. He obtained a diploma in both civil law and common law (LL.B./B.C.L.) after earning a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering. He also studied in finance and passed the CFA program Level II examination.
