Craig Maurice Joins Torys’ Calgary Office

Torys is pleased to announce that Craig Maurice has joined the firm as a partner in our Tax Practice.

Craig Maurice practises tax law, with a particular focus on the energy industry. He advises on the tax aspects of domestic and international M&A and financing transactions. His experience includes advising clients in the traditional oil and gas sector, a variety of oilsands projects and in the midstream sector. Craig also advises on junior resource clients on financings, particularly financings using flow-through shares.
