Torys is pleased to announce that David Bish has joined the firm as a partner in our Restructuring and Insolvency Practice.

David’s practice focuses on all aspects of bankruptcy, proposals, wind-ups, liquidations, reorganizations, restructurings and security enforcement. He also acts as bankruptcy and insolvency counsel to a wide range of parties, including leading financial institutions, accounting firms and corporations.

David was recently named as a Lexpert Rising Star (one of Canada’s leading lawyers under 40). He is also recognized for his expertise in Woodward and White’s Best Lawyers in Canada 2010 and 2011, and in Chambers Global 2010.
