Torys is pleased to announce that Leah Dickie has joined the firm as an associate in our Corporate and Capital Markets Practice.

Leah’’s practice is primarily focused on securities and corporate law. Leah has extensive experience in advising on corporate governance, executive compensation, regulatory compliance and disclosure matters. In addition, Leah has experience in public and private financings and M&A transactions.
